Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. If there is an issue, we’ll make it right.

 

We accept returns for:

- Defective, damaged, or misprinted items

- Incorrect items sent

- Quality issues (must include photo evidence)

 

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

We cannot accept returns for:

I- tems that have been worn, washed, or altered

- Size issues when the correct size was ordered

- Buyer’s remorse

- Delivery delays caused by customs or couriers

- Made-to-order items with no defects

 

Return Process

2. Include: Order number Photos clearly showing the issue

3. Once approved, we’ll offer: A replacement item OR A refund (excluding original shipping).
